BECKY’S STEW

Ingredients

2lbs. Longhorn burger

2 heads cabbage

2 lbs. baby carrots

5 lbs. potatoes, chunked

1 lg. can chicken broth

1 pkg. chopped celery

1 onion, chopped

1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen peas

1 (16-oz.) pkg. frozen corn

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 T. dill weed

1 c. barley

2 qt. beef broth

Directions

Brown the hamburger and put the rest of the ingredients in. Enjoy! I add more beef broth or bouillon cubes to add juice if needed. This makes a vey large recipe. Half of this makes a 6-quart crockpot full.
