BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom

1 stick butter or margarine

2 c. Minute rice

1 sm. onion or garlic

2 sm. boxes chopped frozen broccoli

1 (15-oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

1 c. water or more

Directions

Thaw broccoli. Mix ingredients and bake at 350' for about 1 hour or until lightly brown.
